LA Plumbing are an extremely trustworthy Company. We have always used them and recommended them. They are very thorough and their work is impeccable. Our shower stopped working and we had no hot water. We called Lewis and he came over immediately. He saw what the problem was and ordered a new shower, taps and parts. He then went to collect the order and brought it back. He set to work fitting the shower and taps and worked efficiently and tidy. The whole time he was friendly and personable and easy to get on with. Very quickly, we had a new shower and taps that looked better than what we previously had. He cleared everything away and I was delighted by the service. I would highly recommend Lewis and will use him again when I need to.
Replacement of immersion heater element in cylinder. Really impressed with the service. He diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me a fair price there and then, with no fuss. The work was done cleanly, quickly, and efficiently — no mess left behind. Would definitely recommend and use again!
The toilet in the bathroom was not working. My call was answered promptly and I was promised a visit in a few days. The problem seemed to resolve itself and the call was cancelled. However, it re occurred and a further call was arranged. The engineer came today and the work was done quickly and efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. I strongly recommend this company.
Lewis completed the 1st and 2nd fix work for our new kitchen, wet room shower and toilet and a full boiler change. His work was excellent and very neat and tidy. Lewis is absolutely great! The limescale that accumulated around the tap handles made it extremely difficult to remove the cartridges. I am certain that any other plumber would have given up and would recommend replacing the whole tap which although easier from a plumbing perspective will be much costlier to the customer. Instead he continued to try different techniques until he was able to remove and replace all three cartridges. I was so pleased with his persistence and for delivering a very cost effective option. He will definitely be my go-to plumber. Highly recommended!
Lewis was so lovely to my father and this was important to me having had conmen rip him off numerous times. Lewis was respectful, on time and tidy. He located and bought a sink and fitted it in for him. Then we had a terrible leak. Lewis came back from his weekend away especially to help my Dad. He sorted it and came numerous times afterwards to help clear up etc. He also hired a dehumidifier and delivered it. He has always been there at the end of the phone and gone over and above what's expected. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing jobs.
Contacted Lewis due to a longstanding issue with low water pressure. He managed to fit me in at the end of the same day and turned up right on time. He identified there was a problem at the stopcock and resolved it there and then. Our shower has never been so powerful! Excellent service, would highly recommend
Excellent service at a reasonable price. My elderly parents were left with no hot water by British Gas for 7 days to be told they couldn’t fix or replace their water heater. I contacted LA Plumbing, having been recommended by a friend. They ordered a new heater that day and fitted it two days later. They sent two plumbers and an electrician to ensure the job was completed in one day. All their staff were very polite and wore uniforms. They left the house spotless, wore masks and disinfected all surfaces they had touched. Best service we’ve ever had
